About Retreat Coach Ilysse Rimalovski
Ilysse creates Coaching Retreats in blissful locations that encourage participants to reconnect with themselves, with nature and with others.
As owner of ThriveWell Coaching LLC, Ilysse partners with luxury destination spas, wellness and retreat centers, spa consultants, health clubs, corporations, groups, and independent practitioners in providing custom retreats that incorporate their own philosophies and service offerings. Her ideal clients are educated, motivated people in pursuit of self-care and discovery, who seek to redefine and celebrate their own power and purpose.
Practicing the highest standards of coaching integrity, Ilysse is recognized by the International Coaching Federation, Coach University, the Retreat Coaches Network and the Life Blueprint Institute. She is also a founding member of the Health and Wellness Professional Network, a local organization where mind|body|spirit practitioners support each other and the community at large.
Ilysse graduated from The John Hopkins University in 1987 with a degree in Writing Seminars, honing her strong sense of voice and creativity. Today, her practice draws on 20 years of experience in life coaching, advertising, journalism, public relations, interactive communications and information design. Ilysse credits Master Coaches Helene Van Manen and Laura Berman Fortgang for their trail-blazing visions and inspiration.
Ilysse currently resides in Maplewood, New Jersey with her husband, two daughters and dog Buddy. Fervent explorers, they love hiking and biking, land and sea, and all of the creatures they encounter in their travels.
